About Madam Salwa
Madam Salwa is a passionate advocate of lifelong learning, believing that continuous growth is essential to remain competitive and effective in any field. She brings extensive experience in facilitating learning programs across diverse areas, including English Communication, NLP-based learning, and Entrepreneurship, for both organizations and educational institutions.
She holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland, USA, where she lived for five years, and has 17 years of experience as an engineer. She later pursued her Master’s in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
Since 2007, Madam Salwa has been designing and delivering impactful learning programs for a wide range of clients, including government agencies and private institutions, helping individuals and organizations achieve measurable growth and performance improvement.
