About Haniza
Haniza brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Training, having worked with Japanese multinational companies across various industries—including electronics and ICT manufacturing, travel and tourism, higher education, and auditing.
She played a key role in establishing a Japanese-invested manufacturing company in Seremban and successfully led mergers and acquisitions with other group companies in Malaysia. Her leadership spans nearly all aspects of management operations, including HR strategy, compliance, and organizational development.
Recognized for her expertise, Haniza was certified as a Satellite Trainer and appointed by NITTO Japan as the Southeast Asia Management Representative. She was fully responsible for the execution of core corporate programs such as the NITTO Cultivation System, Procurement System, Safety, 7S, and KYT (Hazard Prediction Training)—reporting directly to the Japan Education Centre.
