About Shahida
Madam Shahida is an accomplished Human Resource Development professional with over 30 years of experience in human resource management, training, and administration across various industries including MNCs, GLCs, foreign companies, and telecommunications.
She holds an Executive Master in Human Resource Development from Asia e University/Murdoch University and a background in Public Administration and Law from UiTM (1992). In addition, she obtained a Professional Certificate in Personnel Management from MIHRM (1996), and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as a Certificate in International Business from Murdoch University, Australia. She has been a certified Train-the-Trainer since 1997.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Nusuara Technologies Sdn Bhd, she began her HR journey in 1993 and advanced to senior management roles since 1996, having worked with notable organizations such as:
