About Mr. Jay
Mr. Jay is an experienced IT and Cyber Security professional with over 20 years of expertise in IT, Cyber Security, and Supply Chain corporate environments. He is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to stay safe in the digital world and enhance operational efficiency through technology.
In July 2020, he completed the HRDF Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program and was honored as the Best TTT Graduate by HRDF and the Ministry of Human Resources. Since then, he has been actively conducting Cyber Security training under initiatives such as Program Pemulih Kebangsaan, covering topics including Cyber Security Awareness, Internet Radicalisation, Cyber Terrorism, Online Scams, Cyber Laws in Malaysia, and Cyber Crimes.
Mr. Jay also regularly delivers training for online business personnel on Social Media Security, E-Payment System Security, and Online Transaction Security. His expertise extends to conducting EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) programs for students and lecturers at institutions including USIM, APU College, and Polytechnics, as well as teaching basic computer skills for secondary schools.
