At the end of this training session, among others, participant will be able to:
- Reviewing the fundamental of KPI AND KRA.
- Understanding the KPI and KRA linkage and process
- Able to use a S.M.A.R.T in writing KPI which help to determine right KPI to be measured
- Cascading the Departmental KPI to subordinate
- Mentoring the subordinate to achieve their KPI
