An effective response to a road transport delivery emergency is essential to eliminate the hazards and lessen their impact if any incident occurs.  A Road Transport Emergency Response Plan takes this one step further by looking at the actions and initiatives that need to be developed prior to any such incident.  This process would usually entail the following activities (response planning, training and practice and at the time of an incident doing an assessments).

All necessary actions should be taken to protect Company Personnel, the Community, the Environment and the Company assets in any Emergency situations.
