About Course

This training helps the participants to identify the applicable Safety and Health Legal Requirement pertaining OSHA (amendment) 2022 which was gazetted on 16 March 2022. This course will provide detail explanation on all Safety and Health related legal requirements based on OSHA 1994 as principal Act, OSHA (amendment) 2022, and repeal of Factory Machinery Act 1967.

able to establish manual and procedures-based Plan Do Check Review (PDCA) methodology
able to integrate safety performance and business performance of the company
clearly state the company's safety beliefs, principles, objectives, strategies and processes to build buy-in through all levels of the company
clearly outline employer and employee accountability and responsibility for workplace health and safety
